These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Jobzmatic, our web platform, and browser extensions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

By accessing or using Jobzmatic (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Jobzmatic is operated in the United States. Our global order process is conducted by our online reseller & Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle Payments Inc. in the United States and Paddle.com Market Ltd in the UK/EU). Paddle handles sales tax calculation and remittance across US states and international territories, provides buyer customer support, and securely processes payments. When purchasing a subscription, you enter into a commercial transaction with Paddle as the Merchant of Record.
Plans & Fulfillment: We offer a Free tier alongside paid subscription plans (Jobzmatic Pro at $9/mo or $90/yr, and Jobzmatic Pro Max at $15/mo or $150/yr). Immediate digital fulfillment begins upon checkout.
Recurring Billing: Paid subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until canceled. Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or the Paddle Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of your current paid billing period without penalty.
Refunds & Digital Consumption Limits: Because digital performance commences immediately, refund claims on initial purchases are governed strictly by the 20% AI credit usage and export limits set forth in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Your Ownership: You retain complete ownership of all resumes, cover letters, career history, and personal data you create, upload, or store on Jobzmatic.
Service License: You grant Jobzmatic a limited, non-exclusive license to process, format, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service for you.
Jobzmatic IP: All templates, designs, software, code, algorithms, and branding of Jobzmatic remain the exclusive intellectual property of Jobzmatic.
You agree not to:
Jobzmatic provides career tools, AI resume enhancement, and application assistance on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee employment, job interviews, or specific career outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jobzmatic and Paddle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Service.
These Terms and your use of Jobzmatic shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy, you agree to first contact our support team at support@jobzmatic.com to attempt an informal resolution in good faith before initiating formal proceedings.
Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. You explicitly agree not to initiate or participate in any class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding against Jobzmatic.
